Ager Mushroom Farm is a private record-keeping application for the staff of Ager Mushroom Farm. It is not a consumer application and accounts are issued only by the farm administrator. This policy explains what the application stores and who can see it.

Who controls the data

Ager Mushroom Farm is the data controller. The application sends data only to a server operated on the farm's behalf; there is no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no advertising identifier in the application.

What the application stores

• Account details — your name, username, mobile number and role, so the farm can attribute records to the person who made them.
• Daily farm records — the date, number of labour, total bags, contaminated bags, casing, harvest quantity and any comments you enter.
• Photographs — images you capture or select to document farm conditions, along with the title, optional note and the time they were captured.
• Activity history — which account created or edited a record, when, and a device identifier. This exists so the farm can audit changes to production figures.

Where it is stored

The application is offline-first. Everything you enter is written to the device's own storage first so the application works with no network connection in growing rooms. When connectivity returns, records and photographs are uploaded to the farm's server over HTTPS. Photographs are kept in private object storage and are served only to authenticated accounts.

Records already downloaded to a device remain readable on that device without a network connection. Uninstalling the application removes its local copy.

Who can see your records

• A farm worker can see the records they created.
• A supervisor can see all records for the farm and edit completed ones.
• An administrator can additionally manage accounts, farm settings and delete records.

Data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. It may be disclosed only where the farm is legally required to do so.

Permissions the application requests

• Camera — to photograph growing conditions for an observation.
• Photo library — to attach a photograph you already took.
• Notifications — optional local reminders to add morning observations or complete the end-of-day entry. These are generated on the device.

The application does not request location, contacts, microphone, or health data.

How long it is kept

Production records are retained for as long as the farm needs them for its own records; the retention period is configurable by the administrator. Unsynchronised data is never deleted automatically from a device, because doing so could lose a day's production figures.

Your choices

Accounts are issued and withdrawn by the farm administrator. To see what is held about you, correct it, or have your account and personal details removed, contact the farm administrator or write to the address below. Because the application is used to keep the farm's own production records, individual production entries may be retained after an account is closed, with the account holder's name removed where it is no longer needed.

Children

The application is a workplace tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
